Materials Suitable for Diecutting or Lasercutting
This section can be used as a general guide for selecting the diecutting or laser cutting process. Be reminded this is only a guide and is in no way a guarantee of suitability for your application. The nature of material, complexity, and thickness of your components can have far reaching consequences for production. As an example, non-tempered masonite, for the most part, is readily processed with steel rule dies but can be laser cut. However, tempered masonite is best laser cut, no matter what the shape of the final parts.
