Die Cutting

Schroeder Industries has extensive die cutting services available at our facility. From small sample runs of 1 or 2 to full production. We can meet all of your diecutting needs.

We only use flat bed diecutters to maintain accuracy and our high standards. A flat bed diecutter has essentially two parallel metal platens in between which the die and material are placed. When the press is cycled, the metal platens come together, exerting pressure on the die and cut out the part.

Materials as common as corrugated carboard to as exotic as pre-preg carbon lend themselves well to the diecut process. If your material comes on a roll there is no need to have it sheeted, as our presses can handle sheet or roll fed stock, thereby saving you, the customer, time and money. Close registration and large size diecutting are our specialty, we regularly process materials greater than 80 inches wide.
